Amateur Singing Talent Contest

Love to sing? Enter this year's MacBarney's Amateur Singing Talent Fair! It is open for men, women, and children of all ages who are not paid performers (single acts only). Even if you don't want to enter, be sure to watch and hear all the acts on Sunday, September 4, at 5:00 pm on the free stage!

Mutts Gone Nuts

Comedy Dog Act! Free Shows All Week at the Upper Fairgrounds!

This top-notch, family friendly presentation includes: incredible high flying Frisbee dogs, stunt dogs, tight wire dogs, dancing dogs, magic dogs and of course, the one and only...Sammie "the talking dog"!

(All of the canine performers were rescued from shelters.)

The Belle Tones

The Belle Tones are a beautiful, classy, sexy, All-American female trio that sings, dances, tells jokes, and honors our Veterans.

Influenced by the "Great Groups in Music History", their range includes popular music from the 1920's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's as well as countless Patriotic Tunes, Broadway Classics and Jazz.

Wednesday, September 7th from 5:30 to 8:30 on the Free Stage!

The O'Donnells

This highly unusual combination sets the stage to put on a show that ranges from traditional country, early rock, and classic country, to current country hits that are being heard on the radio today. Throw in some hard driving bluegrass and gospel and you have a show that is bound to please audiences of all ages.

Thursday, September 8th from 6 to 9pm on the Free Stage!

Last Year's Fair Queen

The Juniata County Fair Queen and State Fair Queen Pageant First Alternate, Molly Caroline Arnold of Mifflintown, Pennsylvania is 19 years old and is currently attending Lancaster Bible College. She has received an internship from Compassion International, plays basketball for Lancaster Bible College, has completed the Dale Carnegie Course, and participated in mission trips.

Thank you, Molly, for all of your hard work and dedication during the past year. You did a wonderful job representing the Juniata County Fair and we wish you well in your future endeavors!

Sweet Addiction, from Tower City, PA, plays classic rock, hard rock, country and alternative music. This 5 piece band is fronted by Juniata County native, Erica Shellenberger.

2015 Farmer of the Year

The Juniata County Fair presented the 2015 Farmer of the Year Award to Ed Brummer [center] of Port Royal. In honor of the occasion, he was also presented with citations from the PA Senate and House of Representatives. Ed is pictured receiving the award with his family.
